Access seems restricted to certain prayers on website

If instead of the prayer you want to access, you get that "welcome to the community" page, please note:

Unfortunately this is a browser issue occurring with websites like ours (with a lot of content being uploaded every month).

Here is how you can fix it, look for instructions matching the device you are using to access the website:

**Laptops and desktop computers**

- Try first Shift-Reload for Mac or CTRL+R for Windows.

**If that doesn't work:**

- Hit Apple + R or Cmd + R. Or for Windows, hit the control (Ctrl) and F5 button at the same time.

**If that doesn't work:**

- make sure you don't have the Divine Office welcome page open in any browser window

- empty your browser cache (here is a "how to", just search for instructions on your browser  https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-clear-cache-2617980)

- log-in to Divine Office from this URL: http://divineoffice.org/login/ (or Log out and Log in again)

- only then, access the prayer you need

**Mobile devices (iOS and Android)**

Tap the circular arrow button in the upper-right corner of the Safari window to the right of the Address Bar for **iOS devices**. Or, a more drastic measure, but note that this will log you out of any websites you've signed into:

Open the Settings app, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (with Passwords & Accounts at the top). Tap Safari at the bottom of this group.

Scroll down again and tap 'Clear History and Website Data'.

Tap 'Clear History and Data'.

And for **Android devices**, click on the menu button (three dots in the topright corner). Click on settings in the menu. Click on Privacy in the menu. Click on Clear browsing data. Select Empty the cache from the list. Click on Clear browsing data on the bottom (Opt for Browsing History and Cache images). Your browser cache is now empty and you can use the website again.
